My husband suffered a bad fall going to breakfast due to a wet sidewalk without any warning signs. Despite the incident, there was no offer for medical assistance, and while a staff member checked on him, other guests provided more help. When we returned to our room, the housekeeper was banging on our door asking about dirty towels, indicating a lack of communication regarding room cleaning.

I spent 1 night and would like to go back there again. Came in Redding for trip, the hotel met requirements. The property rooms were beautifully maintained and cool with a comfortable bed and microwave, for example. The hotel staff were knowledgeable and helpful.
